Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Sheet (Annual Output: **0, **0tons) Color coated steel sheets are a new-type pre-coated steel product developed rapidly in the past thirty years. Color coated steel sheets are made on high-speed continuous coating lines through a number of processes such as chemical pretreatment, primary coating and finish coating, thus they have better coating quality than single piece coating. Hot dipped galvanized steel sheets are made through the following processes: cold rolled steel sheet – chemical degreasing – electrolytic degreasing – surface cleaning – annealing in a reducing furnace – immersion in molten zinc – leveling – passivation (oiling). The purpose is to improve their corrosion resistance, prolong their service life, and give them an attractive appearance. Hot dipped galvanized steel sheets are widely used in the light industry, as well as home appliance, automobile, and construction industries, such as structural members of industrial and civil buildings, air-conditioning systems, panels, corrugated plates, and rolling doors. Besides, hot dipped galvanized steel sheets are also main materials for color coated steel sheets.
