Outline: The cylindrical mixer has the features of great capacity, simple structure, operating conveniently, working steadily, maintaining easily and long using life. According to different drives there are two types of the cylindrical mixer: gear & ring drive and rubber tire friction drive. The type of rubber tire friction drive is a new product in recent years in China. By the structure of the cylinder, the mixer can be divided into two types: welding forged scroll circle and cylinder together, inlaying scroll circle with cylinder. To improve mixing ability, scattering board is installed in the cylinder. To avoid materials stuck, whole or partial lining board is installed in the cylinder. Uses: The mixer is used for ferrous metallurgy agglomerating factories to mix materials and pelletize in order to supply the agglomerating machine with the materials. Ordering instructions: (1) All types of the mixers are installed with left or right transmission device, please instruct in the order. (2) The lining board in the cylinder includes two types: wear-proof steel lining board and rubber lining board. Please instruct in the order. (3) The parameters and diagram are just for your reference, subject to machining drawing.
