Outline: Air blast belt cooler is a kind of general efficient agglomerating lumps cooling equipment matching with all kinds of agglomerating machines (ring agglomerating machine, belt agglomerating machine, flat agglomerating machine). The belt cooler can cool crushed and screened hot agglomerating lumps from about **0ÃÆ’?° down to **0ÃÆ’?°- **0ÃÆ’?° and below. Then the belt conveyor transports the cooled lumps to blast furnace or overhead materials hoppers. Structure & principle: The cooler is made up of transmission device, head star wheel, trolley, chains, idlers, supporting structure, bellow, seal device, tail take-up unit, double manual cinder valve, scraper conveyor and loose materials trough. The transmission device adopts reducer-exposed gear. The trolley is pulled by chains and moves on the idlers slowly. The bottom of the trolley is equipped with shutter-like ventilating grid plates. Both sides of the trolley adopt two seal devices, one of which is mobile, the other is immobile. Both sides of the bellow are equipped with end seal devices. The cooling air blower is installed under the left or right of the direction that the belt cooler moves on. The cold air first blows into bellow from air pipe, then into the bottom of the trolley from the gap between grid plates and finally through the hot agglomerating lumps to cool them down.
