Description: PCR Taq Mix(2X) solution is a 2X concentrated solution of Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, PCR enhancer and all the components required for PCR, except DNA template and primers. The Mix can significantly enhance the PCR amplification Sensitivity and ***** pre-mixed formulation saves time and reduces contamination due to a reduced number of pipetting steps required for PCR set up. The amplified PCR products can be directly applied to T/A cloning. The presence of commonly used tracking dye(Bromophenol blue) for DNA gels, gives the PCR Taq Mix a blue color, allowing direct loading of the PCR reaction product onto agarose gels.PCR TaqMix can amplify fragment up to 5kb with low GC and also can amplify GC-rich template (more than *0%).
