zinc borate use as Flame retardant, smoke suppressant in PVC, rubber, Conveyor Belting ,PE, Polyolefin .pox resin, Polyamide, coating,get the certificate of Iso***2 , SGS and REACH, etc.

Feature appearance:
White powder, without poison, flavor and corrosiveness. Doesn\'t dissolve in water and other organic solvent, is easy dissolved in hydrochloric acid & sulfuric acid, etc. Good thermal stability, small granule size, less specific gravity and easy dispersed. Good miscibility with most of the polymer. Fewest smoke when burning, excellent performance in inflaming retarding.
The main properties of zinc borate are high flame retardant,obviously smoke-removing, non-toxicity,slight soulubility in water, good thermal stability,fine particle size,low specific gravity,great free-flowing etc, excellent environmental protection.

Other application of zinc borate are usually correlated with general borate functionatlities such as anticorrosion, and antifungicide for wood preservation.

As one high efficient flame retardant, it is widely used in PVC, PE, Polyolefin, Epoxy resin,polyamide, rubber,coating and adhesives.
