Our firm set up by estimable Sami PEKGUZEL in ***9. Up to ***7 PEKSA A.S. interested in metal sheet trade, profile iron manifacturing, steel berth manufacturing and steel shelf manufacturing. During this time period PEKSA A.S. had many well earned successes. And followed the developments of the related sectors. By experince of long years in the steel sector and observing the social and the economical trends, our group decided to enter steel panel radiator sector in ***7. Our first factory set up on the total ***0 square meters area. ***0 square meters as closed area in AYDIN Industrial Zone. By this investment Pekpan Panel Radiator Brand was created. And became ready for the following successes in the future in steel panel radiator sector. In our first factory we increased the daily production capacity from **0 meters per a day up to ***0 meters by making required investments and gaining the productivity without inferior in quality for supporting the increasing demands from internal and the external markets. Pekpan always minds quality and makes investments to rarefy continiously.Because PEKPAN is well aware importance of quality and works for the PEKPAN&#**9;s customers satisfaction. Customer&#**9;s satisfaction is always the first success criterion of PEKPAN. In ***5 our group decided to make a bigger investment in steel panel radiator sector and started to construct a new factory in UMURLU Industrial Zone. After Only *1 months by working with well designed project and without any troubles we started trial production. And just a month later we started to serial production. In this time period we aplly many quality tests. After becoming sure about the quality results of our products we started serial production. Our new factory set up on total *5.**0 square meters area *3.**0 square meters as closed area. And we provided best product conditons and the working conditions for obtaining continiously increasing quality. Our new factory&#**9;s welding line Italian tecnology preferred by making extensive researches and taking consultant services from the veterans of the steel panel radiator sector. Our new welding line has a capacity of average 2 meters steel panel radiator per munite. Our fully automated welding line is also supporting by the control algorithms by the help of the intelligent computer modules. We also preferred German tecnology for press machine which can apply **0 pressure and *5 hits per minute. Another important speciality of this press machine is working with the knockle joint principle. Our paint shop has a length of **0 meters chain belt conveyor for providing best conditions to our products during chemical and the painting processes. Our processes that we aplly to our semi-finished goods start from loading to chain belt conveyor up to unload from chain belt conveyor are following like below: • Oil removal by plunging semi-finished good into chemical bath. • Oil removal by spraying on to the surface of the semi-finished good as second oil removal process. • Rinsing by spraying. • Iron Phosphate coating by spraying. • Sprey pasivasion. • Deionized rinsing. • Applying water based undercoat by plunging. • Eepoxy polyester electrostatic powder coating. All the processes which summarized above about paint shop line are controlling by the computers and by the computer modules. We also have two color options which color codes are RAL ***0 and Ral ***6. Because of all these specialities our paint shop line is one of the premier one in the steel panel radiator sector. Our packaging line is also fully automated and controlling by the computer modules. There is no need to hand contact to the painted steel panel radiator because our painted goods unloading from chain belt conveyor and loading to the packaging belt conveyor by the automated unloading machine. During the goods move on the belt conveyor the goods are covering by bubble nylon and sheet nylon. We are proud of having one of the best steel panel radiator factory. PEKPAN has good internal and external market shares. Our internal and the external market shares increases day by day. We are exporting our high quality products to the *0 different countries except internal market. And also we have many current contacts about exporting our products to the different external markets.
