3,Dust control
(1)Â Adopt the whole machine shroud structure, FFU filter
unit, separator electrode layered isolation, to avoid
cross-contamination of dust.
(2)Unwinding dust removal: use contactless air knife dust
removal, strip dust with positive pressure and remove dust with
negative pressure.
(3)Cut off dust removal: use multi-channel negative pressure dust
removal. Have negative pressure dust pipes and dust boxes in the
cut-off & upper and lower cutters, to avoid secondary
pollution.
(4)Winding dust removal: high power independent dust negative
pressure pipeline in winding position to remove dust generated in
winding process.
