The Latin name its Panalirus Argus. Our sizes range of tail begins with type 3 to type *0, type 3 being the smallest size allowed by our legislation to export! Our sizes range of Whole raw begins with type **0 to type ***0, type **0 being the smallest size allowed by our legislation to export! During processing of tail, each tail is weighed individually and separately classified by their weight in ounces (*8.*5 grams). This practice allows you to compose boxes with pieces of uniform size on the packaging. Classification receive the nomination TYPE 3 TYPE 4 TYPE 5 TYPE 6 TYPE 7 TYPE 8 TYPE 9 TYPE ****2, TYPE ****4,TYPE ****6 TYPE ****0 and TYPE *0 - above. This means that each tail is contained in a box of TYPE ****2 (for example) weighs between half past nine (9 ¹ / ²). Same classification with the Whole lobster but in kilos.
Tail Packing: cardboard box with the net weight of forty (*0)
pounds (*8.**4 kg), containing four (*4) small boxes with net
weight of ten (*0) pounds (4.**6 kilograms) each, being all tails
same classification. Whole Packing: cardboard box with the net
weight of ten (*0) Kilos, each lobster being all same
classification.
