PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Glass-lined /enameled storage tanks are a cost effective solution for chemical storage, they are ideal for the storage and containment of corrosive chemicals or high purity pharmaceuticals.

ZK series vertical glass-lined storage tank is a separated type with clamped-top/head. ZF series vertical glass-lined storage tank is a closed-welded type.

*We can design and manufacture the non-standard glass-lined reactor according to the process requirements of users to meet the process requirements of different working environments, such as acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

CAUTION

Avoid thermal impact & stress on glass-lined equipment during operating.
Avoid corrosion of glass by working medium such as water, hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid & phosphorus acid, hot alkali, and any medium which content fluoric ion.
The proper care and handling of glass-lined reactors, tanks and accessories is of vital importance to anyone who operates or maintains such equipment. When contractors or plant personnel install glass-lined equipment, certain precautions should be observed during the unloading, rigging and transferring of the glass-lined equipment.
â€‹Always use slings, hooks and shackles of adequate capacity. Wire rope slings are preferred but polyester or nylon slings may also be used. Carefully inspect all slings prior to use for wear and damage.
Never bump the vessel with cables, shackles, hooks, clamps, etc.; it can damage the internal glass lining.
A glass-lined vessel must never be bumped into walls or other fixed objects. Be sure to provide adequate ground crew to direct crane operation and vessel handling during installation.
Internal cribbing/bracing must remain in place until the vessel is in its final position. After installation of the vessel, remove the cribbing and inspect the glass to ensure the lining was not damaged during rigging or removal of the cribbing.
We recommend consulting our "Installation and Maintenance Manual for Glass-Lined Steel Equipment" for a complete set of detailed handling instructions. The manual is liberally illustrated with drawings and is an essential tool for plant and maintenance personnel.
