TY-238Fluffy Soft Finishing Agent
TY-238 is a silicone weak cationic emulsion of special emulsion polymerization. It is to used for lubricating, flexible, cold finishing, especially suitable for cotton, cotton ammonia and other fabrics.
Physical & Chemical Properties
Appearance：Colorless transparent to translucent liquid      
PH Value: 5-7（10% solution）
Ionic: weak cationic
Specific gravity: approximately 1.0
Solubility: soluble in cold water
Product characteristics:
Fabrics can be given very fine and smooth, fluffy, drape-elastic feature and soft hand-feel. Fabrics are able to be given a good sense of coolness when wearing. Also, tear strength, sewing and washable (non-ironing) properties can be improved. It is a small influence to the whiteness and the hue-light.
Applications: 
TY-238 is a high-concentration product that can be used directly or diluted with water. When diluted, add water to the product by stirring.
1. Dosage for Cold Finishing Reference：
TY-238：50-100g/L，160-170℃×60-90S ï¼›Optimum pH value of working fluid6-6.5
With fabric hand-feel style, it is suitable to use combining our other products drape-elastic finishing agent, soft silicone oil, hydrophilic softness terpolymer silicone oil and other compound.
2.Reference Dosage for Ordinary Smooth Finishing：
TY-238：5-25g/L，160-170℃×60-90Sï¼›Optimum pH value of working fluid 6-6.5
Notice:
It is usually compatible with most cationic, non-ionic softeners on the market. If stratification occurs, it can be stirred evenly before using, no affecting is caused for using effect.
Test is needed according to working conditions, as all silicone-containing products are not subject to high shear force, PH value and hard water.
