SPECIFICATION / FUNCTION 
Leather softener is an excellent fabric hand-feel finishing agent, especially for knitted leather finishing. Compared with the common amino silicone oil finishing agent, the finished fabric is washable, soft and fluffy. The fabric becomes thicker, firmer and smoother, especially for chemical fabrics such as polyester, nylon, sweater, spandex, etc. Its characteristics are resistant to acid, alkali, high temperature, electrolyte, shearing; no drift/floating oil, no stratification, no sticking to roller and sticking to vat. Its environmental protection products, excluding APEO、NPEO to meet the requirements of Europe and the United States for export orders.
 
APPLICATION
[Applied scope]
1、Dye-works： polyester, acrylic, wool, cotton and other synthetic fiber fabrics and yarns fluffy and soft;
2、Washing plant：jeans, washing cloth, sweaters - smooth, fluffy, clean and tidy;
3、Towel factory： finishing towel - fluffy, soft, thick, plump;
4、Knitting mill：shape-setting finishing soft, fluffy, the fabric meets the required width of the range, and does not change.

1、Dipping (Impregnating/Macerating)：2-5％（o.w.f)    bath ratio：1:10-15   temperature：35℃-40℃    time frame：10-30 minutes
2、Padding：10-50g/L  single-dip-single-nip padding or double-dip-double-nip padding 
 
HANDLING AND STORAGE& TRANSPORTATION   
It is not expected that this product will give rise to any storage and handling difficulties if properly stored in original packaging or in clean, covered, suitable containers at normal room temperature. It must be protected from freezing and exposures to extremes of heat and cold should be avoided. The color does not influence the quality of the performance.
 
Storage:  Store in dry conditions at 5°C- 25°C, the lid should be sealed, air humidity less than 60% when without use.
Shelf life:   6 months (In originally sealed barrel, about  6 months from delivery date under stated conditions, recommended storage temperature + 5°C to +     °C. Seal barrel immediately after use or sampling).
Packaging:  Plastic barrel at 125 kg / barrel
Transportation: Non-dangerous goods
