Three Phase Fee Control Smart Electric Meter
Three-phase fee control electric meter is a smart meter which suit for measuring 3***0V(**0V)/*0Hz three phase AC active power. It has modulation infrared, RS**5 and carrier communication module, also with IC card interface, which can support for remote or local fee control function. With advantage of high reliability, high accuracy, wide range, long life and etc, it can be widely used in city, village or enterprise, factory where need to measure the AC power.

Electric Power Measurement Measure for positive and reverse active power, apparent power, reactive power in quadrant 1,2,3,4, active and reactive power in phase A, B, C. It can set characteristic for combination of active or reactive, and then recombination for positive, reverse active power and 4 quadrant reactive power. The combination active, reactive 1 and 2 power, which can store data for *2 settlement interval.
Period Rate Two Time Zone Table or Two Day Time Table can be set, which can changeover at promissory time(year/month/day/hour/min) . Can set for public holidays, date and day time table for each public holiday . Can set for weekly free day, which controlled by characteristic, day time for each weekly free day .
Demand Metering Maximum demand and occur time can be measured for positive active power, reverse active power, reactive power in quadrant 1,2,3,4, group reactive power 1,2 .
Ladder Billing Two schemes for electricity price. It can automatic changeover when at promissory time or reach certain value .
Event Record With function for recording events such as resetting, programming, timing, power down, switch out, switch on, open meter cover and etc .
Electric Freeze With instant freezing, timing freezing, day freezing, promissory freezing, on time freezing and etc .
Load Record Support for 6 kinds of loading data, interval time for load record can be set between 1 to *0 mins. The interval time for each load can be the same or different .
Measurement Measure for voltage, current, phase angle, apparent power, active power, reactive power, power factor and line frequency of total and each A, B, C phase, and it can also show for the direction of power .
