measuring **0V/*0Hz single phase AC active power. It has modulation
infrared, RS**5 and carrier communication module, also with IC card
interface, which can support for remote or local fee control
function. With advantage of high reliability, high accuracy, wide
range, long life and etc, it can be widely used in city, village or
enterprise, factory where need to measure the AC power. Features:
