Features

Application
1.
Chromite is suitable for drainage sand raw materials, casting,
ceramics, glass and refractory materials.

Chromite ore is mainly used in the surface sand of large steel
castings in casting production to prevent the casting surface from
sticking sand;

Grind it to be used as refractory aggregate for casting coating,
chrome ore is cooling material, which can replace part of chiller
in molding (core-making).

Chrome iron ore is suitable for casting coatings, refractory
materials, automotive brake pads, high performance ceramic

The production process
Step1: chrome ore raw material is processed by
water washing.
Step2, drying raw materials to remove
water;
Step3, drying raw materials into the vibrating
screen, screening out the size of the customer
needs;
Step4, the size of the sieve for magnetic
separation, the purpose of iron and silicon removal. After magnetic
separation, the chromium content reached more than *6% and the
silicon content was less than 1%.
Step5: package the finished
product.
