Hydraulic cone crusher combine mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control into an organic whole, is the most advanced technology of crusher. Hydraulic cone crusher is more suitable for mining, metallurgical, chemical, construction, cement and sand industry, etc.

Principle:

The motor drive the eccentric sleeve to rotation through vbelt, transmission shaft, gear, pinion. The bowl liner does rotary and pendulum movement under the leading role of eccentric sleeve which makes the movable cone and fixed cone close and far away from time to time. The raw material is crushed in the crush chamber by squeezing and striking continuously. After repeated extrusion impact and bending, material crushed to the required size, discharge from the crush bottom.

Feature:

optimal designing if chamber made machine to do more work with high capacity.
Adoption hydraulic adjusting device, automatically adjust the discharge size, this is convenient operation and high reliability.
Oil lubrication, all part of the crusher have antiwearing protection which can lengthen the lifetime, maintenance cost i decreased.
Laminated principle(betweenlayer pressing crushing) and matching speed adopted, improved the crushing ratio and production, at the same time, increase the content of cube in finished product.
Hydraulic protection and hydraulic cleaning cavity, high automation, reduce the downtime. All parts can be assembled, disassembled and repair from the top and side part, easy to operation.
