Brief Introduction
This machine uses vertical drum structure. Transport mesh belt feed
the bottle with screw. Clip the bottle, and turn it around by
mechanical arm in continuous rotation. Washing spray pipe does
swing and track movement repeatedly. Spray water and air
alternately when the bottle is in upside down, and use ultrasonic
washing. It has excellent washing effect. Machine is made up by
bedplate, drum, screw lifter, transmission gear, water pump, filter
and etc. After water injection, bottles move to water channel for 1
minute ultrasonic washing. Then screw sends bottles to lift wheel.
Mechanical arm clip them and turn **0 degree to upside down. Wash
them by water and air alternately.
All the cleaning fluid contacted parts use SS**4 and non-toxic
corrosion-resistant material. All working area use PC glasses.
Prevent from the outside pollution. Machine has the ultimate
filter. It makes cleaning water and compressed air reach the
cleaning washing requirement.
This machine uses AC motor drive, frequency speed control and PLC
control circuit. It has reliable performance. Water in tank has
automatic constant temperature control with water level control
switch. It prevents the machine from pump, ultrasonic and heater
turning on in waterless condition. Pipeline has pressure display.
Adjust the pressure by diaphragm valve. This machine can receive
the signal from sterilization oven, filling and sealing machine.
When bottle is in jam, machine will turn off automatically.

Feature
l  Bottle feeding use two-section mesh belt structure, to
ensure the enough thrust and no bottle shortage at the screw.
l  Use buffer device in screw feeding place, to ensure no
bottle breakage and no screw wear in feeding place. The screw is
made of innoxious and non-polluted polyformaldehyde material. The
central shaft use stainless steel for reinforce, to ensure no
deformation of the screw.

Operating Principle

Use ultrasonic to pre-wash. Separate water and air, Spray wash

Ultrasonic washer cleans the bottle by high-frequency ultrasonic
generator. Compact structure and high efficiency. Frequency can be
adjusted between ****3 kHz, so as to meet the requirement of
different bottles.Â

Screw bottle feeding position has M-type buffer device. Reduce the
bottle breakage and screw wear. The screw is made of innoxious and
non-polluted polyformaldehyde material. The central shaft use
stainless steel for reinforce, to ensure no deformation of the
screw.

Lift device is made up by wheel and camshaft. Sliding block is
embedded in T-type slot around the wheel. Support plate is set on
the sliding block. Also, Pulley is set on the camshaft of the
sliding board. Pulley turn the sliding board move up and down. It
makes the bottles tranport accurately.Â

Washing step makes both water washing and air washing bottle inside
three times. It also makes water washing and air washing bottle
outside once. One needle uses only one medium.No cross pollution.
Spray needle inserts into bottle to wash with cone-type location
guiding device. It can reduce the damage on the bottle, and clean
the bottle effectively.Â

Reversal telescopic camshaft use unitary spatial organization
structure. It makes the telescopic bearing in the closed-loop. No
bounce in radial direction. No jump in axial direction. It makes
the mechanical arm and spray needle run steadily. Surface uses
imported electrostatic spray.Â

Spray needle controlling cam use split type structure. It can
adjust the running machine into optimum, which enhance the tracking
accuracy for the spray needle. Surface uses imported electrostatic
spray.

Swing tracking frame use qualified aluminum alloy casting, which
highly reduced the weight, swing inertness and noise, and also
enhance the tracking accuracy and stability of the spray needle.

Drum transmission use off-center edge transmission method. Separate
the transmission shaft and loaded shaft. It can reduce the
cumulative error of tracking device. It makes machine running
steadily and tracking accurately. Use imported engineering plastic

Bottle out-coming use imported synchronous belt, which makes it
steady and little bottle breakage. It also has a long serving

Each water injection pipe, water cycling pipe and air-compressed
pipe is separated. All connect with pipe filter. No cross pollution
in running. Pipe connection use clamp connector. No leakage and
dead angle, and controlled by sanitary diaphragm valve. All pipe
use SS**6L material.

Use pneumatic diaphragm valve and FESTO pneumatic component to
control water and air. It can save the consumption, and reduce the
cost, also meet GMP standard as well.

Full-course detecting system can detect the washing effect. When
the ultrasonic generator stopped working or water, air pressure is
lower than authorized pressure, machine will stop automatically.
When the pressure meets the authorized, machine will start
again.

according to the washing liquid flow direction from low to high, to

It can be equipped according to customer's choice. Equipped by
Siemens brand. All standard parts can be changed conveniently. Most
mechanical arm does not need to make any adjustment and change, so
as to shorten the time of change. Most standard parts use pin
positioning.
