Working Priciples
This rotary dryer is mainly composed of rotary part, lifting board,
transmission part, support part and seal ring. Dryer is a
horizontal direction slightly inclined cylinder, the material is
added from a high end, high temperature hot flue gas and the
material and flow into the cylinder, with the rotation of the
cylinder, the material run to the lower end by gravity.
Contact surface Shoveling plate is mounted on the inner wall
of the cylinder, it shovel the materials up and down, and
increase the contact surface of the material and the airflow,
so that to improve the drying rate and to promote material proceed.
