1. One machine serves purposes: though the name of the machine is Noah QT8-15 Automatic Block Machine, it can also be called block forming machine and brick machine, because it can produce different products with different moulds, like rectangular pavers, perforated blocks, interlocking S-Pavers, behaton pavers and hollow blocks.
2. Intelligentized PLC control System: it has a Human-Machine Interface which means the operator can totally control the machine without any training. It can also automatically operate, analyse compaction, adjust to feed material and diagnose the malfunction. It is easy and safe to use.
3. All significant components, like PLC control system and Hydraulic Pressure system and so on, are imported from big and famous companies, and which prolong equipment life.
4.Two times setting material device and combined double setting material device. It can assemble random to meet the requirement. It is applied to 6cm to 9cm single color and double color products.
5.Special store material system: store unit can move foreward and after. It is very easy to clean up the adding material hopper. The integrative design can provide the accuracy of material supply. It can supply material accurately and make the product dense.
