Product Description:
It
is a powdery product made by taking inorganic cementing materials
and polymer latex powder as the cement based materials, coupled
with the mixture of carefully selected aggregate and a variety of
activators, and it is mainly used for bonding polystyrene boards
to the wall substrate in the exterior insulation
system.
Note:
1. The substrate must be dry, smooth, free of oil stain, free of
dust and other foreign matters;
2. This product can’t be used until the leveling layer of cement
mortar is dry.
Usage:
1. The product is *5 kg, when using, it needs to be added with
water for about 5 kg (ie, the amount of water is about *0%);
2. Stirring it for 4min ~ 6min or so to adjust it to the proper
consistency, and stir again after it is put aside for 5min, then
it can be used;
3. After the first blending, any water should not be added in the
using process, and should be run out in 2h;
4. The solidified mortar is forbidden to be stirred and put into
use again.
Storage:
1. The unopened product should be stored in a cool place,
avoiding sunlight and rain, and the storage period is 6 months;
2. The opened and unused product should be stored in
sealed container, strictly avoiding to be stored with bag mouth
open.
