There are three major reasons for phosphating benefiting your process. â€¢ form a stable inert coating on the metal surface â€¢ provide excellent paint adhesion â€¢ inhibit the spread of corrosion from damaged area i) VANPHOS- Iron phosphating chemicals Vanphos is iron phosphating chemicals for painting surface. Iron phosphated surface exhibit mechanical property so iron phosphated surface can welded.
