Our patented product—GK PDC 

     We called it GK PDC cutter as its Chinese name is “Gang Kui” PDC cutter,  "GK" for short. it looks like a helmet. With outstanding features of higher impact ressistance, high speed, fix good and longer service time, the drill which using GK products can not only use for isotropic formation, but also for broken rock or peeble rocks. It is known as a Rock Killer.

   When the drill bit meets big rocks during process of drilling, the helmet surface of GK can help to crush the rocks or squeeze them into the fissure, thus the cutting surface of GK is protected and its service life is prolonged.

1.Three performance:

(1)impact resistant

It can stand the impact more than **0 times, but the common PDC *0 times only.

(2)wear resssistance

The abrasion ressistance of GK is highly improved by using superfined diamond powder, adding some special activated elements and adopting special technology of synthesis. Its wear ratio is up to **0,**0 which is double than the common one.

(3)Thermal stability

By using special helmet design, the stress on the surface of GK will be eliminated and dispersed when drilling. There is a special layer called “transition layer” which helpd to improve the thermal stability and bond strength of this product.
