Diamond Hammer Bit Inserts is sintered under the condition of high temperature and high pressure. It is made of Polycrystalline Diamond layer and hard alloy, which helps to link the impact resistance and wear resistance of the Diamond. It possesses a strong toughness and a long life service time.

SDB Diamond Hammer Bit Inserts Series is a patent product of our company. These products have replaced the traditional tungsten carbide inserts, usually applying to roller bits, air hammers and DTH (down-the-hole) bits and so on, especially in hard and complicated layer drilling.
