The Main function is scoring and slitting on corrugated board.
The structure is double scoring devices and adds one slitting system.

â– Single blade use down slitting design,diameter **0mm,and upper scoring device urethane.
â– Minimum slitting size:**0mm.
■Down slitting type can effectively improve corrugated paperboard’s fish-tail problem.
â– Each blade using independent motorized motor can independently adjust blade entry amount.
■Using gradually blade entry,which set by corrugated board’s thickness.(signal sent from production management system)
■Each blade has independent grinding and oil fill system,which can be setautomatic grinding time and length by computer;also can do by manual,in order to make sure corrugated board’s cut smoothly.

â– Minimum scoring size:0mm.
â– The height of lower scoring wheel can not be adjusted,and up and down of upper scoring wheel adjusted by air cylinder with scoring depth control system.
â– Slitting and scoring diameter adjusted by motorized motor,and the size adjusted within ***3 seconds.
â– Up to **9 orders can be stored into memory,and output any order according to actural demand.
â– Machine can right or left move *5mm to fit with web edge-guide.
â– With motorized web suction equipment(pre-set by computer)
â– *0HP A.C.motor+inverter for slitting wheel,and ally with Double Backer.
â– Two units ally machines used change order without cutting off paper board or stopping machine.
â– Lower scoring tools can furnish three types scoring device,with convex to convex,convex to concave,and convex to flat.
