â–     MSF－*0P is the latest design concept and development model,which has the best performance no matter in the superior mechanical design,construction,function or operation.

â–     The design of corrugating rolls positioned under the pressure roll is considered as possible to lower the center of gravity to reduce the vibration while the machine is running,that will help the production more smoothly and stably.Besides,it also offers more safe convenient and quick way to change rolls.

â–     The lubricant system of corrugating rolls and pressure roll are adopted the anti-high temperature grease which could prevent from the damage of bearings carbonized or lacking of oil.That overcomes the shortage of traditional recycle grease system.

â–     The corrugating rolls ,pressure roll, and glue roll are equipped with hydraulic system and pressure saver control which have the stability of hydraulic control and cushion effect of pneumatic control.The gaps of each roll are adjusted by hydraulic motor control instead of A.C. motor to avoid the damage due to wet,high temperature environment,and vibration.

â–     Positive pressure type design helps the medium paper to get pressure evenly and be close to the surface of corrugating roll to have perfect forming.And also get even gluing on the top of the surface of corrugating roll to have perfect forming.And also get even gluing on the top of the flute to have perfect laminating of the single facer.

â–     Assistant pressure roll design fits for any different quality paper and production speed. And also reduce the pressure roll’s mark which is due to over press caused from the pressure roll or thinner papers.Owing to this function,that enhances the strength of single facer.

â–     Quick change rolls in *0 minutes:while replacing the corrugating rolls,the whole complete set of additional rolls with cassette is delivered into the machine by the motorized carriage and matched with the air pump to be fixed on the base of the machine by hydraulic system.Which just use several push- switches complete the replaced task instead of tools.

â–     All inlet&outlet of vapor for corrugating rolls are centralized and controlled by the air valve.The additional corrugating rolls should be preheating before replacement.Thus after finished the replaced task,just turn on vapor via air valve to start to produce immediately without wait.

â–     Precise gluing system:Gluing cubical is instead of the traditional glue pan type.Both glue roll and doctor roll are submerged inside the space.Especially,the doctor roll is under the glue level totally that will let the glue quantity be distributed evenly.In fact,the glue always keeps at the same height,it will never get the shortage of the glue.Matching with the difference of both roll’s circumference tangent line that will keep the glue film to be stable on the surface of the glue roll.That will produce the flat sheet.

â–     According to different kinds of material papers and production speed,you could present many different glue gaps and they will easily and quickly up to the demanding gap automatically.When the production speed has been upped to high speed,the isolate glue plate will altomatically micro modify to prevent from the glue being spread out.

â–     The cubical position is different from the traditional position that will be much far away from the heating section.The glue will not get to be dry.The glue plate designed by outflow type which can keep the surface of glue at the same height and never get the shortage of the glue.

â–     The moveable type glue unit is convenient to clean and maintain.
