Application

Its a multifunctional boiling granulator with top-spray,bottom-spray and side-spray functions.Its has a mixture,drying,granulation,coating,pellet and other functions.Widely used in pharmaceutical,food,chemical and other industries.

Principle

The machine consists of air inlet ssystem,fluidized bed system,top spraying system,bottom spraying system,side spraying system and air outlet system.Top spray for the granulation function,bottom spray for the pellet coating function,side spray for the system pellet function.These functions are in the same multi-fuctional boiling granulator achieve.Users according to the actual production process matching functional requirements.

Features

The machine adopts modular design,according to customer demand configuration of three or any one or two multi-function.
The machine is equipped with top,bottom,side spray of the complete functional system can facilitate the realization of drying,granulation,coating,pellet machine.
The machine uses PLC automatic control,all operations according to user requirements set process parameters automatically,to print all the process parameters,the original record is true and reliable.In full compliance with the GMP requirements of pgarmaceutical production.
