Principle

After purified and heated,the air from the induced draft fan enters the bottom of the boiling dryer,and then passes through the air flow distribution borad of the material silo,so as to make the wet granules under the boiling and fluidizing status inthe row material vessel.After the granules are preheated and mixed,their moisture is evaporated.This process will be carried out continuously and repetitively to form ideal and even dry granules.
