Nalstane Low VOC Silicone
modified PU (SiPU) is based on a brand new technology, silicon
modified functions on PU backbone imparts sports coatings the high
performances of good adhesive onto concrete substrate, long life
flexibility, weatherable, low VOC, simple for installation and
maintenance, It’s a revolutionary innovation.
Nalstane Low VOC Silicone
modified PU (SiPU) flooring system are compounded with the primer
coating, patching filler，elastic
filler for expansion joint, elastic layer and surface layer, can
directly knife coating onto substrate. Adjust thickness of elastic
layer to achieve targeted coating thickness. Organic silicon
function imparts excellent elasticity, hydrophobic, Breathable,
excellent adhesion to the cement and asphalt substrate; the dry
films gives excellent weatherability and water proofing, easy for
installation.

Installation
instructions
1.        Mark
out the construction scope
2.        Water
pounding to mark out pounding area, to fill pounding area with
PU-M8
3.        After
substrate fully dry, apply A/B primer onto substrate by rolling,
make sure the coating dried without surface sticky, this step may
need **8hours.
4.        Applying
elastic layer (PU-M8) by knife coating, thickness is target at 2mm,
allows one day for curing.
5.        Water
pounding to mark out pounding area, fill these pounding area with
PU-M8, and allow ***0hr for curing.
6.        Applying
elastic layer (PU-M8) by knife coating, thickness is target at 1mm,
allows one day for curing.
7.        Rolling
coating of A/B primier onto cured elastic SiPU layers, allow **8
hrs for curing.
8.        Mixing
two package water based top coating well with skidding proofing
fillers, knife coating/ rolling coating/ spray coating onto cured
SiPU floor, allow curing for **3hrs
9.        Mixing
two package water based top coating well, knife coating/ rolling
coating/ spray coating onto cured skidding proofing coating, allow
curing for **3hrs

Special notes to
Mixing:
Any two package material should
be mix uniformly according to the technical data sheet, only
Tonwell certified thinner can be used in system. During stirring,
pay attention to the drum bottom and walls. The mixed materials
should be use up in ****0minute, on condition of environmental
temperature. Thickness should be no more than 3mm for each
knife coating.
