1. Application Field

Lithium Iron Phosphate Precursor is mainly used in lithium iron phosphate cathode material, catalysts and ceramics and other fields. It is the core material of lithium iron phosphate cathode material, and it is also the core material of lithium iron phosphate battery.

2. Technology

Lithium iron phosphate precursor is synthesized in one step using organic iron catalysis. In the process of production, no sulphate and ammonia are introduced. Because of this, the product process completely accords with the environmental protection requirement, and there are no large amounts of water washing and sulfate and ammonium sale emissions. The company adopts advanced DCS automatic control and precision batching system, and the products are processed in batches during the slurry, and the packing of finished products is strictly corresponding to the batch. Therefore, the product quality is uniform and stable. The metal and non-metal impurities of the product are extremely low, and to control strictly the production site according to ISO/TS****9 the highest standards of the automotive industry, to ensure product quality stability, superior performance, and to reach the international first-class level, and to stand the product testing system according to the requirements of ISO/IEC****5 laboratory certification.

3. Technical Advantages

3.1 To use pre-embedded lithium carbon coating technology, and directly add carbon and phosphorus, without grinding and high temperature sintering process for long time. It can greatly reduce cost, and improve production efficiency, and reduce the investment cost of equipments.
