1. Application Field

Lithium Iron Phosphate is a new type of lithium ion battery electrode material, that is, lithium iron phosphate cathode material, which is mainly used in power battery, (HEV, EV, electric tools). It is a high-tech product field developed and supported by the country.

2. Technology

Lithium iron phosphate precursor is synthesized in one step using organic iron catalysis. In the process of production, no sulphate and ammonia are introduced. Because of this, the product process completely accords with the environmental protection requirement, and there are no large amounts of water washing and sulfate and ammonium sale emissions. The company adopts advanced DCS automatic control and precision batching system, and the products are processed in batches during the slurry, and the packing of finished products is strictly corresponding to the batch. Therefore, the product quality is uniform and stable.
