Description
Shear pin safety valve is used at the discharge part of the mud
pump, and the structure is shown in the following figure: when pump
3 raises the shear pin plate *0, shear pin *1 is cut off and the
in-pump pressure is emptied quickly.
JA*3 shear pin safety valve changes the discharging pressure by
changing the position of the shear pin, which is operation easy and
work reliable.
JA*3 shear pin safety valves can be divided into joint type (left
in the following figure) and flange type (right in the following
figure.
 The easily damaged parts in the shear pin safety valve are
shear pin, piston, piston rod, rubber cushion, etc.
