Description
1.Valve assembly is the critical component of mud pump fluid end,
with high operation frequency and great impact subjected. The
quality of valve assembly will have a direct effect on the service
life of the hydraulic cylinder. Valve assembly is the major easily
damaged parts of mud pump.
2. Valve assembly consists of valve body assembly and valve
seat. According to the type of the inner hole of the valve seat,
valve assembly can be classified as through-hole valve, three-way
valve and four-way valve. Generally, valve assembly refers to
through-hole valve.
3.The valve body and valve seat of valve assembly are made
from high-quality knot steel treated with *0CrMnTi carburizing and
quenching processes. The surface hardness is greater than HRC *0.
The conical surface is ground finished to ensure a high requirement
for roughness and geometric dimension. The rubber sheet is made of
polyurethane material which improves the service life of valve
assembly, the operational use time is more than **0
hours.
4.Valve body assembly is consists of valve body, valve rubber
sheet, valve nut, guide frame, gland, clamp spring, steel ball,
etc. (i.e. valve assembly without valve seat)
