1)Use two halves type axle sleeve and bearing shells, the material of bearing shell is oil contained nylon, which is easy to have lubrication and exchange

2)With more large-diameter inlet steam pipes, to achieves evenly heating.

3)Symmetrical hydraulic cylinder use propelling mold-locking, easy to move and short the time of open/close the mold.

4)Equipment control system use full digital proportional control, having an precise control of production energy consumption.

5)Using big diameter valve can offer enough supplying capacity in an instant, to short the molding cycle time.

6)Steam room use special Thermal insulation material, realize the insulation, heat insulation of mold cavity.
