1.Application:shape moulding/producing different kinds of expanded polypropylene (EPP) productios that is widely used in car parts, such as core material of bumper, anti-collision block, car roof and so on. Also it is used in the package area, such as the package of Electronic products, medical devices, food, etc.

2.Advantageï¼šhigh quality,steam consumption is much less than others,saving item time to be more efficiency for running.

1)Whole equipment frame is welded by *6Mn(high manganese steel Q**5)

2)With more large-diameter inlet steam pipes, to achieves evenly heating.

3)Special mold-locking Structure, to ensure enough mold-locking force.

4)There is an balance guiding bar in the movable mold chamber so that it can locate the position of open/close the mold, to ensure the accuracy of mold seam.
