1.Purpose of High Quality Detonating Cord for Blasting

This product is suitable for explosion or blasting without gas or dust, and can ignite all kinds of industrial explosives and elemental explosives with detonator initiation sensitivity. Common plastic detonating cord is widely used in mining, water conservancy, transportation and construction blasting.
2.Specifications and models ofHigh Quality Detonating Cord for Blasting
This product is manufactured according to GB / T9786-1999 standard. Filled with PETN and PVC flat yarn as wrapped object, after spinning, it comes to the finished product with outer coating of thermoplastic plastic. Model: SBPS-5 (SB is on behalf of detonating cord, P means common, or ordinary, S for plastics, 5 represents No.5).

Diameter: ≤6.0mm

4.Notes aboutHigh Quality Detonating Cord for Blasting
(1). Detonator used to initiate the detonating cord should be firmly tied together with detonating cord.
(2). When Initiating kits, detonating cords head should be inserted into the kits, and detonating cord wrapped the kits for several times, and then tying with string to ensure complete detonation.
(3). Detonating cord should be connected one by one, with lap length â‰®100mm, and fastened with a rope.
(4). Connecting the main line and branch line to "T" shape, leg ends must face the direction of the main detonation or closely connected to a predetermined direction.
(5).In underwater or wet conditions, the head should be put detonating cap or moisture proof coating agent.
(6). Note that you cut the detonating cord using a sharp blade on one side, DO NOT use scissors.
(7). During storage or transporting detonating cord, please do it gently, and keep them from rain, sun, or hit each other by heavy compression.
(8). It is not allowed to transport with detonator in one truck, as well as near to fire source or power supply.

5.The storage conditions and shelf life ofHigh Quality Detonating Cord for Blasting
(1).This product should be stored in ventilated, dry coffers, far from fire source, power, and explosives. It should be stacked into a pile, without the flammable, explosive detonators and black explosives. Shipping channel width should be no less than 1.2M; distance between stack to wall, stack to stack, as inspection lance, should not be less than 0.8 meters, nothing can be in the way of inspection lance; total stacking height should not exceed 1.6 meter.
(2).Product storage should be consistent with "Civilian Blasting Materials Production and Sales Enterprise Security Management Procedures" requirement GB28263-2012.
(3).Its shelf-life can be five years since the date of manufacture, if stored in original sealed package, and well-ventilated, dry, fire-resist storeroom with lightning-protection device
