We have in our stock, located in Russia (*0 km from Black Sea
Novorossiysk port) **7 tones of high chromium grinding balls,
packed in steel drums and 1 tone big bags (only *0 mm balls are
packed in 1 tone big bag) Â and *9 tones of high chrome
cylpebs, packed in steel drums. The following range of grinding
media is available:
- *0 mm balls, *2% Cr, >*0 HRC: *8 tones;
- *0 mm balls, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *8 tones;
- *0 mm balls, *7% Cr., >*0
HRC: *1 tones;
- *0 mm balls, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *3 tones;
- *0 mm balls balls, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *4 tones;
- *0 mm balls balls, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *3 tones;
- **0 mm balls balls, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *0
tones;
- *2x*2 mm cylpebs, *7% Cr., >*0 HRC: *9 tones.
Goods were produced by Indian foundry, equiped with good quality
molding (joilt sqeeze Disa machine) and heat treatment equipment.
****0 mm balls and cyplebs were oil queched. *****0 mm balls were
oil quenched and tempered.
This grinding media is ideally suit for dry grinding, in particular
for cement clinker grinding. Warranteed wear rate for cement
clinker gringing is 1,**1,5 gr. per kW*h.
Cylpebs can be used in both wet and dry process raw mills of cement
and mining industry.
Each steel drum and big bag contain 1 net tone of grinding meda and
is placed on **0x**0x**5 mm (LxWxH) pallet. When the goods are
dispatched by see we place them in *0 feet see container that
carries *4 tones of net weight of grinding media.
We have being successfuly supplying this grinding media to numerous
cement plants located in Russia and Kazakhstan. Also *0 mm balls
were applied in 3rd stage mill, grinding wet iron ore slurry and
wear rate were twice lesser, comparing to forged balls wear
rate.
