In terms of liners we can offer the following products and
services:
1) Develop new design of effective high chromium lining system for
cement mill, consisting of crushing and grinding chambers, divided
by double intermediate diaphragm with material flow control. Such
construction of cement mill lining system decreases energy
consumption and wear rate of internals and boosts mill's capacity
up to *5%. Additionally optimal ball charge will be designed to
current grinding conditions.Â
2) Cast any manganese or chromium wear resistant detail according
to a customer's drawings (liners, hummers or any others).
3) Supply rollers and grinding table liners for vertical roller
mill, produced out of special high chrome alloy.
