La description

Only use fresh and properly bled alive Haddock. Good color, odor, flavor and texture. All processing will be done under conditions that company with HACCP standard. The processing facility(s)has(have)been registered with FDA and EU# approved. Parasites, bloodspots, bones, skin-spots, black membrane, excessive white membrane, foreign objects, also ragged edges will be trimmed. Must be whole fillets only.

The fillet can be skin-on or skin-less, boneless and napeles, tail-ends can be trimmed with a cross-cut approximately 1.5 cm.

Weight before or after glaze can be **6, **8 oz, glaze can be protective **7% or ****0%. 

Fillets will be IQF on a tunnel freezer belt. Fillets will be placed on the belt flat and staight with skinned side up and not touching each other so that they don't freeze together. 

The temperature of the frozen product will be **8 degrees when leaving freezer.

The label and pacakging can be designed by customer.
