Only use fish which is fresh and wholesome that has been live bled.
The product will be white with good apperance. Looseness in the
early stages is allowed. Products from Pollock that may result in
dry or tough texture are not allowed. All processing will be done
under conditions that complay with HACCP regulations. The
processing facility(s) has(have) been registered with FDA and EU#
approved.Â
Fillets are to be skinless and will be trimmed to remove all blood
spots, blemishes, bones and parasites. Trim hte outlines of the
product if necessary. Anything that diminishes the quality of the
appearance of the products will be removed.Â
Weight can be **4 oz, **6 oz
The temperature of the fillets must be at least **8 degrees when
the product leaves the freezer.Â
Microbiological will strictly be controlled to meet customer's
standard.Â
Lable and packaging can be provided by customer.Â
