La description

Function This part regulates the fuel pressure in the fuel rail as specified, because ECU controls the fuel injection under the assumption that the fuel pressure in the fuel rail is kept at specific level. Principle There are fuel chamber and vacuum chamber isolated by diaphragm assembly. The differential pressure of the fuel and the air opens the valve, balancing with the spring force. The change of this balanced differential pressure causes the change of valve stroke, then, the fuel flow rate returning to fuel tank will be changed. This mechanism enables the differntial pressure to be kept at the specified level. Basic specification 1. Set Pressure, Pset : 2.9, 3.0, 3.3 bar at flow rate *0&#***7; /Hr 2. Pressure Regulation Slope : Max. 0.*7 bar / (L/Hr ) 3. Valve Leakage : Permissible Pressure drop MAX. 0.*5bar/min 4. Burst Pressure : More than 3 times of Pset Remarks 1. Only for gasoline vehicle
