Alloy Gasless Wire E*1T-GS is an all-position, self-shielded flux-cored wire designed for single pass fillet and lap welding on galvanized or carbon steel, without burn-through. Gasless Wire E*1T-GS is commonly used on small portable **0 volt welding machines, offering smooth arc action with very little spatter. Travel speed is fast, penetration is good and slag removal is easy.

Applications
Alloy Gasless Wire E*1T-GS is most popular for the home workshop welder because it works so well on **0 volt machines and can be used on such thin gauge steel. Gasless Wire E*1T-GS is used quite extensively in automobile bodyshops for door or body repairs and it is also used for sheet metal duct work on lap and butt joints.
