Hardfacing wedling wires
HH***0S hardfacing welding wire produces primary cabide-containing weld deposit which is extremely resistant to abrasion. When put on wear stress, the weld deposit reveal extremely resistant to abrasion. The weld deposit is easy be polished, but cannot be flame cut and machined. Weld deposit exhibits cracks.

Applications:
Recommended particularly for the hardfacing of parts subjected to strong abrasion and medium impact stress, e.g. Vertical mill rollers, Mill disces, Roll presses, sieves,  stirrer slades,  Sand slingers and Top coats on Dredger teeth. The application temperatures should not exceed **0℃.
Not: HH***0S is welded without inert gas and arc-welding flux.  Weave technique is usual. The arc should be held as short as possible, can overlay multiple. Preheating decreases the generation of stress cracking on the weld deposit, and recommend with HH***6S welding wire as Build-up layer.
