Description
E**6L**6 electrodes deposit type **6 with a maximum of 0.*4% carbon in the weld deposit. The electrode is used for welding type **6L or type **6 stainless steels. E**6L**6 is widely used of chemical holding equipment.
Instruction
1. The oil stains and rust on the welding should be cleared away.
2. Pls use stainless steel brush cleaning bead to avoid iron mied affacting weld quality.
3. Pls Dry *0 minutes at ******0℃ before welding.
4. Take out a small quantity into ******0℃ drying cylinder, when operation.
5. Do not carry electrode over half-day using quantities.
6.When swing the electrode, swing width should be within 2.5 times of the electrode diameter.
7. Try to keep short arc and low current, in order to reduce creazing and improve toughness.
