Introduction of Double Toothed Cracking Roll
Double toothed cracking roll is the first process for oil
processing enterprises to extract oil from large particles
(soybean, peanut) oil crops. The cracking effect
directly impact on the quality and yield of flaking, so cracker is
a key facility in pretreatment stage of oils. Cracker has developed
from a single machine of **0T oil processing capacity to large
device of ***0T capacity. Through ten-year research, development,
digestion and absorption of foreign products, the breaker roll is
casted of high alloy wear-resistant materials by centrifugal
composite, and designed with reasonable tooth pitch,
which make cracking effect and yield reach perfect combination. It
can meet different cracking needs of different production with
daily processing capacity of *0T****0T.

 Its features are: 1. The whole machine adopts
full-closed security and protection 2. Has both single drive
and dual-drive with high single machine output and no noise
3. The whole machine adopts imported sealing strip and realizes no
dust going out. 4. Magnetic separator mechanism feeds
synchronously with feeding mechanism and its amount scale can
be set freely.Â
5. The breaker rolls gap can be adjusted and uses
digital reduction box to feed synchronously.
6. Design of tension sleeve of belt and tire uses imported
products.
7. The breaker rollis casted by centrifugal composite
with alloy of high nickel, chromium and molybdenum and good
wear resistance. It has passed rigorous static and dynamic balance
test, and its life is twice of similar products.
8.Its bearing uses imported SKF original binding
products or Wafangdian bearing with fans for automatic
cooling. The bearing adopts centralized lubrication technology and
therefore can be maintained in working condition.
