Its features are: 1. The whole machine adopts full-closed security and protection by using imported carbon steel plate and light, wear-resisting and high-quality aluminum plate.
2. Improves single machine output with low noise.
3. The whole machine adopts imported sealing strip for working chamber to bear pressure and realizes no dust going out.
4. Hydraulic block of flaking roll increases energy accumulator’s storage to achieve buffering flaking.

It is casted byGerman centrifugal composite casting equipment with alloy of high nickel, chromium and molybdenum of ****5mm thickness layer and HS****0 degrees hardness. It uses patented open shaft cold mounting technology, increasing thickness of the rough roll of roll casting for no deformation, no expansion, and even blank piece.
