Application

Diaphragm spring is one of key components of clutch, ensuring clutch getting satisfactory clamp load, release load and clamping lift. The qualified diaphragm spring is of important guarantee of clutch well-working performance, so it is very important for check the load characteristics of diaphragm spring.

The series of machines are special equipments to check the qualification of clutch diaphragm spring load characteristics, with features of high measuring accuracy, high speed test, suiting for diaphragm spring batch production line and clutch assembly line.

 

Test standard

1.To design and manufactureaccording 5.1 in the term 5 of standard of QC/T******4Bench Test Method of Automobile Clutch

2.To design and manufacture under test standards provided by the customers.  

 

Test items

●Peak value, valley value and clamp load after wear (forward, backward and mean value are optional)

●Measure load values at three displacement points ( forward, or backward or mean value)

●load VS deformation when loading curve
