Application:

The machine is designed for test clutch disc assembly torsional characteristics. The computer automatically finish all test procedures and plot the torsional characteristic curve and get hysteresis value in any angle according to customers demand. It is applied to the enterprises and clutch production line detection, research and development and quality control departments.

 

Test standard

1.To design and manufactureaccording to 6.2 test condition in 6clutch disc assembly characteristic testof standard of QC/T******4Bench Test Method of Automobile Clutch

2.To design and manufacture under test standards provided by the customers.  

 

Test items

● Limit toque: Mmax

● Limit torsional angle: θmax

● Torque hysteresis value Mh in given angle of rotation

● Torsional stiffness Ca in the range of given rotation angle

● Torque inflexion

● Torsional characteristic curve of main damper

● Torsional characteristic curve of predamer (optional)

● The forward value and backward value and mean value and hysteresis value at I II point of forward and opposite directions of main and pre damper. (optional)
