ATD Dedicated CNG Conversion Kit is a CNG (compressed natural gas) conversion kit to use CNG as fuel instead of diesel in **8 cylinders diesel truck engine which the combustion ratio and engine ignition system has been modified by using the ignition plugs . By the programmable ECU controlling the gas injection time of CNG injectors, allows the air-cng mixture injecting thru the air intake manifold into the combustion chamber according to the engine rpm, tps sensor and temp. sensor
Characteristics
-Programmable ECU controls with engine management system including timing advance function.
-Injection time of CNG depend on engine rpm, tps sensor control. (tunable by notebook)
-without any possibility of engine breakdown by various sensors : knock sensor, temp. sensor and controlled by the ECU
-using CNG instead of diesel
ATD Dedicated CNG Conversion Kit consists of
-ATD-ECU and software controlled program for engine management software and CNG control program with harness and sensors
-ORYSA CNG pressure reducer 2 units from Argentina or IMCO LNG pressure reducer
-OMB pressure solenoid and AEB pressure guage
-AEB CNG filling valve and CNG pipe and rubber host
-AEB Map-sensor
-Modified Air intake manifold chamber for air-CNG
-Gas Mixer and engine throttle
-Bosch software controlled actuator
**4V Ignition coil 6 units and spark plug set
-Water-proof sleeve and caps set for ignition plugs
-Installation software interface with tuning cable to notebook
