1, 0% Fat- Puff Corn/Rice Snack Machine with high nutritional
value. They usually use corn powder and other cereals as main raw
material, through mixing, extruding, flaking, drying, baking,
coating and cooling, to get crispy flakes. It always service as
breakfast cereal mixed with milk of coffee. But it can also be a
kind of leisure snacks. This process line can also make other
shapes of cereals such as rings, balls, chocos, curls etcÂ

double layer mesh net. Drying time is adjustable according to
speed. We have dryers of 3 layer 5 meter, 5 layer 5 meter, 5 layer
7 meter, 5 layer 8 meter, 7 layer 8 meter, 5 layer *1 meter, and 7
layer *1 meter long.
It can also be designed according to your requirement.
6. Flavoring line: To spray oil and various flavors on the surface
of the foods evenly, the equipments are: single roller,Â
double roller, round roller, eight-angle roller. Varies depends on
the different production line setting.
7. Cooling conveyor: To cool the product temperature down by air
fan in order to pack it directly.
8. Sifter: To remove the wasted material and shapeless pellet, and
ensure quality, meanwhile to ensure the reuse ofÂ
the waste material.
