La description

Two-step stacking and firing *- Stack the green bricks onto the drying carts for the first time, send the drying carts into dryer; after drying, unload the bricks and stack them onto the kiln carts for the second time, manually or automatically, and send the kiln carts into tunnel kiln. In the process of drying & stacking, the green bricks need to be stacked twice. Two-step stacking and firing demands less strict conditions of the raw  materials (water content, plasticity, extruding pressure and so on). 
 
The features of this design include low investment, flexible production, making good use of the waste heat from tunnel kiln, making full use of the tunnel kiln advantages. At the same time, it can reduce the energy consumption. In addition, the tunnel dryer and kiln with high heat-using efficiency, big capacity, and advanced technology enable investors to lower their production cost, to improve the product quality and to enhance their economic efficiency.
