Patent automatic soy sauce fermentation equipment belongs to the standard cans type, which is processed by the surface mirror so as to make the material transfer and gas exchange effectively. It can ensure the completion of fermentation under optimal temperature.

 

  1. Standard design : into medium temperature *2°C, out is about *2°C.

 

  2. Hollow structure is adopted with large diameter and area, which can save more energy and reduce noise enormously.

 

  3.The high noise reduction devices at low noise port makes the noise reduction amounted to 5dB (A) less than the same class production.

 

  4.Unique structure and even material spreading enhances cooling, heating,fermenting function.

 

  5. Rotary distribution system with eliminator device.

 

  The combination of heating steam and negative vacuum in short time can increase the temperature of the grains sauce so as to realize the adjustment of sauce grains fermentation temperature timely. The combination of rapidly heating negative vacuum and industrial automation control ensures fermentation temperature in different stages without failure .

 

  Salt water is added into the equipment quantitatively. Fermentation temperature is controlled for segmentation . In early time: *0 ~ *8°C, in mid-time : *4 ~ *6°C, in later time: *6 ~ *0°C.All the work is completed in the same equipment including zymohydrolysis, fermentation, postripeness ,water- back, leaching, oil- pouring in turns.
